Pre-Deal Services: Data & AI Due Diligence

We identify and quantify data & AI opportunities as part of deal due diligence process. This helps understand the opportunities and risk from existing use of data and AI. It also allows us to quantify value, prioritise development opportunities and design a roadmap for data and applied AI.

Our pre-deal services align with the full due diligence process and typically take 10 days. We deliver a clear assessment of risk, capabilities and opportunities across all facets of data competencies.

Post-Deal Services: Analytics & AI Enablement

Our Post Deal Services develop and implement a next generation data and applied AI roadmap. Algospark works alongside with management team to agree and build out the data and applied AI roadmap. As part of this, we are also involved in recruiting data specialists and building out internal data capabilities within the orgnisation.
